Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
When receiving your order, please inspect the crate or package before signing.
You are entitled to open and check the contents in the courier’s presence (DHL, FedEx, etc.) before accepting the delivery.
If you notice visible or internal damage:
- Mark “Damaged / Inspect Before Accepting” on the delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos of the packaging, interior, and product.
- Contact us at info@noctue.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and images.
- Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Failure to inspect or note damage at delivery may affect your ability to claim compensation.
