Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email info@noctue.com with your order number and photos. Once approved, return instructions will be sent.
Return Shipping Costs
While initial shipping is free, the current return shipping fee will be invoiced and deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please follow the inspection process described in our Delivery Policy and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
