Delivery and Production
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Production takes up to 3 weeks, and worldwide shipping is free.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery for eligible items. Custom-made products are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
